I have submitted case #4723366161 on 11 December 2017.
This is an urgent time critical update concerning an App used at Courts of Law by Judges and Magistrates. I have received no update or reply.
I have a repeated App rejection for a given reason that the App is using an Ad Network when no advertisements have ever been used in the App. Something in your App approval process is automatically rejecting an App that doesn't contain any ad network libraries.
App name: Sentencing Guidelines(Kindle Tablet Edition)
The App used the following libraries none of which are ad network related:
scprov-jdk15on-126.96.36.199.jar scpkix-jdk15on-188.8.131.52.jar sc-light-jdk15on-184.108.40.206.jar ksoap2-android-assembly-3.0.0-jar-with-dependencies.jar itextpdf-5.4.2.jar android-support-v4.jar
Your full rejection message is:
"In general, we consider ad networks that collect personally identifiable information, have advertising displayed outside of an application or perform an unexpected action to be potential risks.
Many development frameworks may insert libraries into your Android project by default, and may be flagged by us as a potential risk. You may, or may not be using ad functionality performed by these libraries, but they can still represent a risk to the user. Please remove the ad network libraries and any other libraries that fall into the above criteria and then resubmit your app for consideration."
Could case #4723366161 be escalated to an urgent review please.
With kind regards,
